Gadhaun Aslam
Mr. Gadhaun Aslam is a Lecturer in Department of Computer Science at Forman Christian College, Lahore.
Prior to his current job, he worked in Quality Enhancement Cell as a Data Analyst. His research interests are in the field Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Evolutionary Computations, Genetic Algorithms, Data Science and Analytics.
He is a proud alumnus of GC University and Forman Christian College. He later completed his Masters’ degree from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST), Lahore.
He has proudly represented GC University and Forman Christian College at distinctive declamation contests. He has set the record of a winning streak of 13 consecutive first positions at national debating contests. He has been a recipient of Benazir Bhutto Medal and is the first national champion of GREAT Debate organized by British High Commission.
In the light of his accomplishments and as recognition of his services, he has been awarded with the prestigious Roll of Honor by GC University and Forman Christian College, Lahore.
Mariam Khalid

Mariam Khalid is part of the faculty at the School of Management , FCCU Lahore. She is a Development Economist trained from University of Manchester and London School of Economics and Political Sciences with a keen interest in Behavioural economics and Institutional Economics.
Mariam has taught at IBA Karachi, Indus Valley school for Art and Architecture, Karachi, and LUMS Lahore.
She has been part of Dawn News, Geo News, Neo News and Aaj TV network as a specialist consultant on current and economic affairs.
Mariam is an avid rider, swimmer and volleyball player and is part of husband-wife band, Laqeerkefaqeer.

Ms. Irtifa Nasir is a Fulbright alumna with diverse professional experience with over four years spent in the marketing communications industry in creative, strategy & entrepreneurial roles, and eleven years and counting in university teaching, academic administration, professional training and marketing consulting. Her areas of specialization include integrated marketing communications, consumer behavior and marketing strategy.
Currently Irtifa works as Assistant Professor of Marketing in the business school at FCCU and has taught in the BSc, MBA, MPhil and Executive Education programs. She is a professional member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and actively mentors small creative enterprises through an initiative called The Tinkers' Collective.

Romale Naeem John is working in the Career Services and Internships Office as a Senior Officer.
After the completion of his honors degree with distinction, he worked as an instructor for competitive examination for government positions.
He worked for sometime in the service industry as a sales executive. He has actively participated as a Universities Coordinator (Lahore region) in conducting career counseling seminars for youth. He became the founder and president of South Asian Community in Handong Global University, South Korea.
He has participated in national level debates, hosted events and moderated talks and sessions. He also is an active player of basketball and badminton and also won a mens double tournament of badminton.

Mr. Syed Moutasim Ehsan is a senior professional with over 18 years of experience working in leadership roles at global organizations including Shell (USA) & Nielsen. Currently, Moutasim works as Director Commercial Strategy & Technology at Pronto Promo (Pvt) Ltd, a leading merchandising services firm, with a client portfolio comprising over 24 Fortune 500 companies. At Nielsen, Moutasim was one of the few people to have worked in both commercial and operational capacities, climbing up the ladder over a span of 12 years ending his tenure at the position of Director Operations and Technology.
Moutasim is a regular speaker at conferences & events both in the industry and in academia. He enjoys educating audiences on the invaluable uses of data analysis, people management, client servicing and most importantly relationship management.
Dr. Salahuddin Ayyubi
Dr. Salahuddin Ayyubi
Dr. Ayyubi has a teaching experience of twenty-one years. Joined FCCU in 2012 and served as the Advisor of Lucas Economics Society; the Associate Editor of Forman Journal of Economic Studies and Convenor of M Phil Admission Committee. Presently, he is serving as Coordinator of the PhD program in Economics. He taught a diverse range of courses in Economics and Finance at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Central Punjab, first as a visiting faculty member for three years (2005-08) and then as permanent member of faculty for five years (2008-12). Started his career as a Lecturer at Garrison Degree College for Boys in August 2000 and remained there till 2008. Teaching interests include Development Economics, Macroeconomics, Issues in Pakistan’s Economy.
His research interests are Pakistan’s Trade with Neighbours; Fiscal Responsibility and Female Labour Force Participation.

Badar is a co-founder of Fishry.com Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce platform empowering hundreds of popular B2C retail brands, SMEs and artisans across Pakistan. Badar also co-founded Bramerz back in 2006 which is a leading full-service digital media & marketing company. For over a decade, Badar consulted for Google, Facebook and Twitter as their 1st person-on-the-ground in Pakistan. He currently also serves as an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) at SDSB LUMS University for the MS-TME (Technology Management & Entrepreneurship) program and is a founding board member and mentor at several startup incubators & accelerators.
As an active member at Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA), Badar is leading the private sector narrative at the National E-commerce Council (NeCC). Regionally, Badar has been judging at the Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA). Badar brings along more than 20 years of rich and diverse experience having built strong foundations with organizations like SMEDA, ASUSTeK and Nishat Textiles. In his previous life, Badar secured his Masters’ in Economics & Management from the Lahore School of Economics (LSE).

Meet Kashif Pervaiz. Kashif Pervaiz is an Associate Vice President at Afiniti. He is responsible for design, development, and delivery of intelligent solutions within the enterprise and in the cloud. Kashif has keen interest in building the future industry landscape and participates regularly in advisory board discussions at universities.

Prior to Afiniti, Kashif spent time building applications for various Fortune 500 companies including News Corporation, General Motors and Insurance Services Office.
Kashif believes in giving back to the community. As a philanthropist, Kashif started Lahori Dojo, a coding club affiliated with CoderDojo to provide free, volunteer-led, community-based programming facility for young people.
Kashif has received numerous accreditations from industry, educational, and government commissions.

Mr. Saadi Mansuri possess nearly 15 years of work experience within MNC and Local FMCGs with diversified roles in Brand Management, Field Sales and Trade Marketing. A year's solid experience starting my own entrepreneurial ventures has added a completely new dimension to my Corporate experience.
This exposure to different streams of the Value Chain have allowed him to develop strong analytical and planning skills, and the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organizational goals.
His Recent experience has helped establish authority in turning around ailing brands through strategic brand building, product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maryyam Khan

Maryyam Khan has twenty years of experience in a series of diverse organizations in different countries, she is currently the Vice President of the South Asian Women Development Forum (A SAARC Recognized body) Pakistan Chapter. She is also the President of the Bahawalpur Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She has also been the Vice President of the Handicrafts Association of Pakistan. Over a span of 2 years with WomenX (a World Bank platform) she has helped over 200 women incubate their businesses in Lahore, whereas more than 800 women benefitted around Pakistan. She is a teacher by profession and have taught all age groups – starting from teaching very young learners at Montessori & all the way up to teaching young adults in University (even seasoned Professional Employees for Honda). Currently she is teaching as an Assistant Professor at Forman Christian College (A Chartered University).
As a seasoned marketer & strategist, as well as a highly experienced educationist, she has proven track record in the domains of strategy, curriculum planning, marketing, HR, project management & training. she has also worked as the Director at one of the projects of 'Beaconhouse’, dealing with 700 Franchisers all around Pakistan she has a granted international exposure by working for the Pakistan High Commission School in New Delhi & UNESCO, Paris. She also served as GM training & have provided corporate trainings.

Nariman Qureshi has been working in the field of HR for almost 17 years. She has worked across various industries including FMCG, Telecommunications with organizations like PepsiCo, PTC, Jazz and is currently working in the Development sector, with the British Council. In her current role she is Heading Talent & Development for the Asia region, covering over 20 countries from Iran down to Australia.
Through the years she has gained experience in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employer branding, operations, learning, OD, Business partnering and Talent Management. She has a passion for creating cultures where employees are engaged and motivated and works closely with leadership teams to do this. She is a certified trainer and enjoys connecting with people and taking them on a learning journey.

Mr. Romel John has an MBA and BS Business (Operations Management) from FCCU and is presently a PhD Scholar (Business Administration) at Superior University, Lahore; is a Fulbright scholar (USA) and a certified career transition/development coach from USA, Florida; has diverse experience in human resources management, management consultancy and career counseling; has conducted multiple workshops and training sessions on business planning, career development, resume writing, professionalism and grooming; has formerly worked as Senior Manager Human Resources and Director of Career Services at FCCU.
